The mixed herb seasoning for fried fish is a composition of salt, onion powder, pepper, lemon zest, ginger, horseradish powder, garlic powder, parsley and thyme. It lends the fried fish a pleasant aroma with a hint of ginger.

 

Preparation method: Sprinkle the fried fish mixed herb seasoning over the the fillet approx. 10 minutes before frying and then dust the fillet with flour. Fry the fillet in butter.
Serving suggestion: We recommend fish such as tuna steaks, salmon fillet or red fish fillet for frying.
