This composition of parsley, leek, pepper, carrots, onions, celery, clove, dill, bay leaf and garlic lends your mussels a wonderfully aromatic and spicy flavour.
Allow one sachet for every 2 kg of mussels and leave to cook together in their juices. For that special taste refine the juice with a little white wine.
Serving suggestion:
We recommend this mixed herb seasoning especially for blue mussels, although naturally it is delicious with other types of mussel e.g. cockles or clams.
