The mixed herb seasoning for grilled fish is a composition of salt, mustard, pepper, ginger, celery, lemon zest, onion powder, bay leaf, garlic, parsley, leek and dill. It lends the grilled fish a pleasant peppery aroma.
Sprinkle the grill seasoning over the fillet (with whole fish over the belly) approx. 10 minutes before grilling.
