With the salt crust "natural" you can cook your whole fish easily, effectively and above all deliciously! Any additional fish seasoning is not necessary. The salt crust is not meant for consumption after baking, it serves exclusively as a "roaster".
Place 70-80 ml water in a large bowl and add the contents of the sachet, mix thoroughly with a whisk for approx. one minute. Spread a part of the salt crust around the inside of a fireproof casserole or baking dish Then place a fish of 1-2 kg e.g. zander on the salt and cover with the remaining salt crust. Cook the fish for approx. 20 minutes at 200°C.
Serving suggestion:
Especially suitable for whole and heavy fish such as zander, sea bass and turbot.
Let your fish be prepared for you. Ready to serve!
