The grill marinade "South sea" is a tender Caribbean marinade. The mix of Sambal Oelek, curry, garlic and herbs lends the fish a fresh piquant flavour. Without the addition of preservatives.
Spread 100 g grill marinade "South sea" over 1 kg of raw prawns, allow to soak in the fridge for 6 to 24 hours. Afterwards fry in a pan or place under the grill.
Serving suggestion:
The grill marinade "South sea" is wonderfully suited to marinating mackeral, salmon fillets, red mullet and raw prawns.
