Potatoes – pure nature from the field next door |
They do not come from New Zealand, Spain or Holland: Potatoes, which land on the NORDSEE plates, originate from the Oldenburger Addrup, where the company WERNSING processes the largest part of these healthy arable fields - mainly from producers in the vicinity. 550,000 tonnes of potatoes are processed here annually. This family business supplies approximately 5,500 tonnes to NORDSEE: Sautéed potatoes with a buttery taste, potato salad, potato wedges, baked potatoes and naturally the ever popular chips.
