A genuine taste explosion is guaranteed when herbs, vegetables and fine spices are added to fillets or whole fish wrapped in aluminium foil. The foil makes the tender meat of the fish very juicy, and the herbs, vegetables and spices retain their full flavour.
Place all the ingredients in the centre of a piece of aluminum foil coated with olive oil (pic. 1). Fold the sides up to approx. 4 cm (pic 2). Fold again firmly to prevent the juices from seeping out. Place on the grill (pic. 3).
