Cut pieces of bone-free salmon fillet into thin slices of approx. 15 cm length, similar to beef roulade (pic. 1).
Place some cured ham onto the salmon strips and spread with cream cheese (pic. 2).
Roll up the filled salmon fillets carefully and secure the ends with cotton thread (pic. 3 + 4).
