King prawns – exotic marinade |
Exclusive to king prawns:
A marinade is a non plus ultra for pre-grilled crustaceans. Wonderfully exotic is for example the coriander marinade. Crustaceans should be marinated for 1-6 hours. It is important that the oil is allowed to drip off after marinating, so that it does not drip into the glowing coals (pic.).
Tip: Recipe for coriander marinade
Ingredients:
- 6 tbls oil
- ½ bundle of coriander (chopped)
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 pressed garlic clove
- ½ chopped chilli pepper without seeds
- salt and pepper.
