This kind of preparation is suitable only for freshwater fish such as, trout , tench, carp, catfish, eel and barbel.
Preparation of fish brew:
- 1 litre of water
- 20g salt
- a dash of vinegar
- a little white wine
- 1 small onion
- parsley
- bay leaf
- clove and peppercorns
