Prawns- prepared ready to cook |
Asian king prawns can be left as such or cut before frying. When cut they cook more evenly and are easier to remove from the shell. Either cut only the belly or both the belly and the back (butterflying) and peel the prawn open.
Incidentally: Your NORDSEE will gladly do the cutting for you. Afterwards you only need to season with salt and pepper and fry in a little olive oil. In order to enhance the taste, simply fry with a little rosemary and a few slices of lime. There you have a delicious hors-d'oeuvre In just a few minutes. (pic. 1 and 2)
